Computer
giant PC World staged a
spectacular awards dinner at the Birmingham Metropole hotel which used
a custom designed and built 30 metre wide twin screen set, 6 metre
wide entrance tunnel and glowing globe table decorations.
The
3-dimensional set featured a number of upright free-standing panels in
front of an uplit run of backing panels. Into this were placed the two
oval front projection screens and curved entrance staircase.
Also
featured was a custom built bar branded as X-Box as they were one of
the event's main sponsors.
