The latest special project
was a collaboration between our Set Design company and our Graphics
department to fabricate two giant "books" for installation into custom-built
vehicles as part of a new literacy initiative.
Initially, a
computer-generated visual was produced for client approval. The two books
were then fabricated in our workshop and hand painted by graphic artist Andy
Carleton - a process which took many painstaking hours!
Incorporated into the
"pages" were two interactive white boards onto which people could pen their
thoughts and ideas, which could then be printed out and taken away
